The restaurant is located within the atmospheric interiors of Leipzig Palace, where you can admire the restored foundations featuring original 19th-century brickwork. The modern décor of the historic spaces changes its character depending on the time of day.
The uniqueness of the space is also emphasised by the original multicoloured tableware, which accentuates the individuality of each item on the menu. The place where the restaurant is located is very special as well. You can recognise it beside the most beautiful willow tree in Wrocław.

In April 2025 the patronage over the Wierzbowa15 restaurant was taken by Juan Luis Fernández - a world-class chef, winner of two Michelin stars, winner of the One Knife award in the Best Chef Awards 2024 ranking, owner of the LÚ Cocina y Alma restaurant in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. Chef Juanlu's mission is to create in Wierzbowa15, together with Chef Mateusz Suliga, a unique culinary concept in the spirit of "duende" - an elusive spirit that moves the senses - combining the current restaurant concept based on the history of the Lubomirski Palace and reconstructive cuisine, with the best practices, ideas and culinary art of Juanlu.
